The interview was okay and I moved on. But they wouldn't negotiate on pay. I told them I made $3 more than they were offering, but they still wouldn't change it. Unfortunately, I had to turn down the job.

The process started with an online psychological test, which was strange and lacked context about its purpose or scoring. I was informed I didn't pass, and HR provided no further information despite my inquiries. Given my 17 years of experience, this was a surprising and off-putting experience, as I've never encountered such a test before.
