I am looking for a capable science teacher who can focus on student learning and engagement. The ideal candidate should be able to build personal relationships with students and boost their confidence. I need someone innovative with a track record of improving test scores by adapting teaching methods. Also, strong knowledge of using technology in instruction and empowering students with resources is key. Excellent understanding of curriculum development and assessment methods is also important.

The interview process had really strange questions that didn't seem related to being a teacher at all. It felt like they had already decided on someone but went through with the interview anyway since it was scheduled. They asked me the same types of questions over and over, as if they hadn't even looked at my resume.
