I spoke with the department supervisor, director, and HR hirer. They asked me about my experience at the company, my leadership abilities, how I'd manage a challenging customer, and why I was the right fit for the role. I got the job offer right there and then, and we talked more about what I'd be doing. I started the very next day!

After I applied, HR reached out to set up a phone interview. It was pretty basic and easy overall. They asked about customer service and handling busy situations. I was also asked about my past experience with money and to give examples. After that, I had to go in for a basic math test.
