It wasn't a great experience. There were 3 interview rounds. They asked basic questions about my previous job and why I was interested in OBC. Throughout all the interviews, I tried to get a salary range, but no one gave me a clear answer. I made it to the end, the 'Final Interview,' but then never heard back. I suspect it's because of the salary I asked for. They should be upfront and honest instead of leading people on. It was a complete waste of my time.

I wish I could write a better review and say I had a positive experience overall, but I can't. I had three interviews and the interviews themselves were fantastic. The questions were great and it was an enjoyable experience. The third interview was with three people, the CEO being one of them. After this interview, I never heard back. I'm not mad or bitter over not getting the job, but not even emailing a candidate after that many interviews is very unprofessional in my opinion. I reached out multiple times to get an answer but just accepted that I wouldn't hear back. It's frustrating because everything before that was positive, but not even telling me I didn't get the job after all that left me with such a negative experience.

It was a pretty straight forward interview. There was a short phone interview then a follow up hour long interview with my desired department. Overall it was a good experience, with very friendly interviewers. They made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and it was more of a conversation rather than a formal interview.
