The interview experience was brilliant and efficient, involving three rounds: two interviews and an assessment. I really enjoyed speaking with the people on the team; they're a very exciting group. I got the job and accepted right away.

I had a video interview with a Project Manager and the Head of the team. They talked about things from my CV and asked me a question about what I'd do if I had to send a large document to a client.

It was a pretty good experience overall. The interviewers were serious but also nice and made me feel welcome. The questions weren't too hard, and I felt prepared for most of them. There were a couple of unexpected questions, more like casual or social ones, so it seems like they really care about personality as much as skills and experience. I got feedback about two weeks later.

The interview process was open and really good, actually one of the best I've experienced. The people there are very honest, direct, and friendly. Even though there were 3 stages, I enjoyed the whole thing from beginning to end. It really seems like a great place to work, and the people come across as very open and honest.
