It was a really typical process you'd expect in Corporate America. Lots of interviews, then a drug test, then even more interviews, and reference checks, followed by still more interviews. A bit of talking and then, you guessed it, more interviews. No salary negotiation was offered. You had to think about it, then they sent an offer letter, but still no salary negotiation. Then it was just accept or decline the offer.

I went through multiple interview rounds. They asked me to prepare a powerpoint presentation answering some questions. All interviews were remote. The final interview was with a major client.

The interview process was really unprofessional; they completely ghosted me after the interview. I didn't even care about not getting the job because the hours wouldn't have worked for me anyway - they want you to work until 6 PM to accommodate people in the US. But seriously, the least they could do is let me know I didn't get it.
