First there was an intro call with HR, then an intro call with the product line's GM. After that, I had round-robin calls with my potential teammates, and also did a presentation. Everyone was really nice and the questions felt fair and appropriate.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and heard back quickly for an initial phone screen with someone in the rotational program. Then, I had a more technical phone interview with two staff members. After that, I thought I made it to the final round, a super day in the office, which I found out about three days before. I confirmed my attendance the next morning. I asked some follow-up questions about booking travel but never got a response. On the day I was supposed to travel, I contacted a second recruiter who told me there were no slots for me because they never got a confirmation email, which wasn't true. She said she'd follow up if they reopened the position because they didn't hire enough candidates. I never heard back from her. I noticed the role was posted again, so I reached out, but got no response. I was really hoping for this opportunity, but they really messed up.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager screen. Then there were onsite loops, which included a take-home presentation. After that, there was a C-suite interview. The whole process dragged on for months. The first recruiter was good, but the second one was not. More rounds kept getting added even when I thought I was done. I didn't accept the offer because of some red flags with the hiring manager and recruiter. Later, I saw some employee reviews that confirmed I made the right choice.
