it started with a chat with hr and the hiring manager. after that, there was a project part, then a discussion with a researcher and a trader. the project wasn't too tough but you had to be detail oriented and they tested how you build a research pipeline.

The interview process began with an online assessment (OA) that had two parts. The first part involved probabilistic questions with a very tight time limit of 90 seconds per question. The second part consisted of 26 questions that needed to be completed in 30 minutes. After the OA, there was a short HR interview, about 10 minutes long, where they asked some general questions.

I went through online aptitude testing first, then a phone chat with HR. After that, there was a quick in-person HR chat and a coding test. The final stage was a team interview, which included a presentation from me and answering some general questions and brain-teasers. It was a really good experience, the face-to-face interviews were relaxed and the interviewers seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me and finding a good fit for both sides. Although I didn't get the role, I was the second choice, and the people I met made it seem like a great place to work.
