I went through an agency and had three interviews. They made an offer and I accepted the position. Then I had a drug test and background check. After that, I waited for my equipment. The whole process took about a month before I could start the assignment. It wasn't a bad process.

The interview process was straightforward. I talked with two people and the online description was accurate for what the job entails. They did inform me about breaks and start/end times that weren't consistent, as they would require 'mandatory overtime.' This was not communicated during the interview process.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They were open to candidates with varying levels of compounding experience, and having little to no experience was not a barrier to being considered.

Tiffany the recruiter was great to work with. I applied and heard back quickly for a phone interview. After that went well, I had an interview with the hiring manager a few days later. Then, I had a final interview with the next level manager and got the offer the same day! The whole thing was super fast, under 2 weeks from applying to getting the offer, and everyone was awesome.

First, you submit your application online. Then, HR or the hiring manager will screen your resume. After that, a recruiter or HR might give you a phone call to chat about your experience and why you're interested in the role. Lastly, there's an initial interview, which could be in person or online, to really get into your skills and what drives you. This chat would be with HR or the hiring manager.
