It was a pretty fast interview process. My first interview was with the Hiring Manager, and it was just a casual phone call. I heard back in less than a day about a second and final interview, which was a virtual video chat with the team leads. Both interviews happened within two weeks. The second interview was a bit of a letdown because the interviewers were a few minutes late to the 30-minute slot and spent a lot of time telling inside jokes, which ate into my interview time. I didn't get to ask all the questions I had ready. I felt a bit disrespected and bummed by their unprofessionalism. On the flip side, the hiring manager was awesome and kept in touch really well!

Had an introductory call with the hiring manager. It was pretty informal. She went over the salary, benefits, job description, and the whole hiring process and what the next steps would be if they decided to move forward with my application. She was really nice. Even though I didn't get the job, she was very responsive, attentive, and genuine in her emails and follow-up.

I interviewed with several people sequentially, with HR managing the communication in between. I'm not sure if there was a rigid structure to the day. The feedback from each person wasn't entirely consistent, and ultimately, there wasn't any follow-up.
