It was a pretty positive experience. I had to take a short math test (15 mins) and a personality test. There was also a short test where I ordered the steps by which I made toast. Afterwards, I talked through the results of the personality test with the HR rep on duty and then was taken on a tour of the plant. After the tour, I was handed off to the head of continuous improvement. We talked for a bit and he asked about my favored classes, why I applied to Optimax, the usual questions.
