The interview was a three-step process. First, there was a technical interview with a group of team members. The second round was also technical, but with the senior Project Manager who also assessed managerial skills. The final round was with HR for salary negotiations. Sometimes, there's an additional round with the current VP of the service line to check your fit.

The interview process went smoothly because the job description aligned well with my background, so there weren't any hiccups. It's important to communicate clearly and set your expectations from the start. Since it's a consulting role, you might end up on a project you don't particularly like. Make sure to clarify work hours and location early on.
