First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Optimal Home Care.
Physical Therapist
I first had a screen call with the recruiter. Then I had a zoom video call with the therapy manager. After that, I got an offer letter and had a phone call with HR to negotiate the offer.
- Can you share an instance where you managed a conflict situation?
Nurse
Optimal asked for all the basic requirements for the position I applied for. I met with HR and DON, and they were pleasant. Part time employees were 1099 by the company, and I provided all my own equipment. We were asked to purchase an I-pad and we could put it on payment through the company but they charged more than buying it at Best Buy.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Marketing Coordinator
I had a really chill interview with the owners, Chad and Edwyn. We talked for about an hour about the company and my background, and how I'd fit in. It felt super laid back, not like those typical interviews where they ask you the same old questions. They were really straightforward about who they are and what they're looking for.
- Tell me about your experience in Home Health.
COTA
The interview was low stress and they hired me right on the spot! A painless interview. They asked the usual types of questions and there were only two people at the interview.
- The usual types of questions that you can find in any internet job advice site.
