I went for an interview for what I thought was an administration role, but when I got there, they took me into a side room off a call centre. It looked like everyone in the call centre was young and unhappy. They kept calling it an administration job, but it was clearly a call centre role that they'd advertised misleadingly. The job involved being on the phone for 8 hours a day, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, just to set up occupational health meetings, and the pay was only 1p over minimum wage (£8.22 per hour). It was a complete waste of my time.

It takes too long to screen candidates for jobs. You can only apply for 7 jobs a day. There's a phone interview after skills tests, then another phone interview. If you pass those, you schedule an interview with the recruiter, then you have a 5-6 person round robin interview with department heads.

Interviewed with two TCs, they were nice and funny. I was nervous but they told me to just shake it off and continue. They asked about my past/current job and how I handled a specific situation. It was a great interview overall.
