The interview process went smoothly, and the HR team at Optel was very helpful throughout. Interviews were scheduled according to my availability, which allowed me to keep working my current job without taking time off. HR answered all my questions.

Great process. I was contacted quickly, and the staff was really nice. They asked some technical questions and some general ones. Nothing too weird. I liked that they gave me feedback and kept me updated. I'd say go for it if a job opens up. Thanks!

So HR manager and engineering head interviewed me onsite. HR manager called me before though. I was made an offer when I was given a tour of the facility. I got a bad vibe in the place from people I saw at their cubicles and about the place, now I read 5 months later here on glassdoor that they let people go and the place is going downhill, I would have been one of them !!

It started with a phone call, then they did a reference check and a background check, followed by a second interview. After a waiting period, I got the offer. I had follow-ups with my direct supervisor at one month and again at three months, and also with HR at the three-month mark. The training period is three months long.
