My first round went well, but for the second they never called. Instead, I found out from my referral that I was out of budget for the organization. It would have saved us time if they had clarified this during candidate shortlisting.

I applied online and the whole process took about 4 weeks. I interviewed with Opteamix India Business Solutions. The interview had 4 rounds. The first was an online test with quantitative, logical, and verbal questions. It was pretty easy-moderate, so not much prep needed. They called shortlisted people in batches for the next stage. Round two was a group discussion on a general topic, with 4 people on the panel. The discussion was short, and everyone got a chance to speak and make clear points, then wrap up. Round three was a technical interview with Opteamix folks. They asked basic questions on OOP, Java, and databases, and also tested programming skills. Some aptitude questions might come up too. You might also get asked about projects and internships. The last round was HR with 3 people. They started with introductions and general questions based on my resume. It's important to check the company website and know about their latest news. It was a really nice and welcoming experience overall. A great place to start a career.

The selection process had three rounds. The first was a GD that checked basic communication and etiquettes. The second was technical where they asked questions about my project and things on my CV, plus C++ and oops concepts. The third was an aptitude round. The employee was nice and they were direct.
