First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Oppizi.
Graphic Designer
The job was a hybrid role in Barcelona for a Graphic Designer role, focusing on presentation and graphic design. I had an initial chat with a recruiter, who said they'd let me know about the next steps. I never heard back, even after following up via email. I then got another email about the same position, so I asked if there was any mix-up. No response again, and I still haven't heard anything about the job. This all happened about two months back.

B2B Manager
My interview with Oppizi was pretty thorough. First, I had a chat with a recruiter. Then, I spoke with the CEO, which was a cool, professional conversation. After that, I got a written assignment – basically, I had to come up with a go-to-market strategy and had about 1–2 business days to get it done. The next step was presenting my assignment to the CFO and CIO. I didn't find out the presentation would be recorded until I was already on the call. While I get why they might want to share it internally, it made me a bit uncomfortable, adding pressure to an already big talk. Overall, the process was clear and they told me what to expect, but I'd rather have more interactive feedback than a recording.
- Can you tell me about your offline marketing experience?
Product Manager
The interview process was quick and really well set up. Everyone was super helpful and made things easy. The hiring manager, who was the CPO, was a really good interviewer. He asked insightful questions and made me feel at ease during our chat. I had to put together and present a case study based on a scenario they gave me, which was a good opportunity to show what I can do. Although I didn't end up getting the job, the feedback was really good and well-thought-out. The hiring manager was genuinely nice and supportive. From what I experienced, it seems like a great place to work.
- How would you handle a situation where a stakeholder is convinced their solution is superior to yours?
Brand Ambassador
It was a simple and easy interview, and I was so glad to be working there. The Team Leaders are also nice; they help with different problems like location and time, and their manner is good. I think the Company is nice for those who want to pursue Brand Ambassador because it is a great job and position. You're learning the first steps to become from Brand Ambassador to an expert in advertising.
