I sent in my resume and they got back to me in a couple weeks. First, I had a phone screen with the Director of Talent Acquisition. Then, I had a personal interview, followed by a second personal interview. They scheduled me for a third interview, but then cancelled it an hour before it was supposed to happen, even though I had already taken time off work for it for the third time. I never heard back after that.

I applied and a recruiter reached out a few days later to set up a phone screen. The screen was pretty easy and the recruiter was nice. She said she'd get back to me in a few days and mentioned a date a few weeks out as the target for finishing the whole process and making a decision. I sent a thank you email and waited, checking my status in the Jobvite system. After two weeks, I hadn't heard anything so I emailed the recruiter to follow up. A week and a half later, still no word from the recruiter, I saw my Jobvite status changed from 'In Process' to 'Closed.' I was bummed to have such a rough experience since other reviews seemed pretty good.

I found out about the internship on LinkedIn and applied in early January. After a couple of weeks, the recruiting coordinator got in touch. We had a phone call, and then I was scheduled for the interview. The recruiting coordinator and I had several phone and email exchanges, and I was given clear, detailed information about the interview day schedule. I met and interviewed with three people from the department. I also got an office tour, which was a nice touch. The interview took a couple of hours. Within a week, the director of talent acquisition reached out, and I got the offer. It was a really good interview experience.
