It was a single interview round and they hired me right then and there. They asked some really specific questions about coaching and growing a business. Two people were there for the interview, and they both asked questions.

I had a screener call, then I was asked to do a work sample that took me about an hour. They said they wanted to move forward to a second interview, but they kept rescheduling it for me, three times in total, so I took myself out of the running.

My first interview was a no-show, I had to call them to find out the interviewer cancelled, then they rescheduled but mixed up the times. The manager was nice and friendly, but they spoke poorly of the last employee, which seemed like a red flag to me.

The interview was in person and felt more like a conversation to check compatibility between you and the organization. The Program Manager who interviewed me was warm and personable, not like the usual intimidating cold energy you might get in job interviews.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • How do you plan to use your education in the work that you do at the organization and position?
