HORRIBLE. the interviewer wasnt even clear about his thoughts, neither did he know what he was asking. his english was WORSE and even though i switched to english he continued with his bad language. the questions were totally unrelated to the resume or the job, he expected me to know everythinh about eveything. Being the college topper i was disheartened with the rejection. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ONE WORD: ABSURDD!!!!!!!!!!

A friend who is working here and used to be my ex-colleague reached out to me. He asked if I would be interested in joining the company. Since I was referred by him, they already know my capabilities and work ethic.

Technical Behavioral

I went through 3 technical rounds for the Software Engineer role. The HR team was very helpful, but the final interview panel was a negative experience. The first two rounds were with hiring team members who seemed to be looking for developers capable of handling support tasks. While they were okay, it was apparent they were part of a back-office team. Then, I encountered the worst interviewer I've ever faced. After making me wait for two hours, a VP showed up post-lunch. This individual had a condescending attitude and immediately began asking questions in a way that suggested they wanted to exert maximum control. Technically, the interview wasn't challenging because the interviewers lacked the capability to truly challenge a regular software engineer. That VP was the worst interview panel I've encountered. If you value your self-respect, avoid software engineering interviews here.
