The interview has 2 rounds. The first round is more of an HR round where they ask questions about your resume and about the airline industry, like its population types and problems. The second interview was a market sizing question about how many swipes happen in the NYC subway in a day, and the interviewer helps you with the answer.

Case Behavioral Technical
The interview process started with two phone calls, each about 30 minutes. The first call involved a business case focused on reducing churn for an online dating platform, requiring some basic math and discussion on retention strategies and relevant data. The second call was a fit interview covering standard questions like motivations for consulting. About two weeks later, I had an in-person interview consisting of three 45-60 minute sessions. The first session included some fit questions and a short case on credit card fees and attrition. The second session was a supply chain case that was quite challenging due to unfamiliar terminology, and the interviewer's time constraints led to a rushed experience. The final session was primarily fit-based with a brainteaser included. I was notified about a month after the in-person interviews that I would not be receiving an offer.

At least two rounds of interviews, with 2-3 interviewers each round. Questions range from "Walk me through resume" to consulting style cases.
