Behavioral Presentation Case

The sales rep interview process usually kicks off with a quick phone screen. After that, you'll likely have one or more interviews, either in person or online. Get ready for things like role-playing scenarios, making sales presentations, and doing behavioral assessments. They're looking at how well you communicate, your sales background, and if you can hit your targets. Usually, the last steps involve checking your references and then extending a job offer.

Behavioral Other

I've been interviewed over several years for enterprise sales roles in the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, and Nordics, focusing on legaltech, messaging, and security. I know the company, people, and teams well, and HR/recruiting know me too, with a good track record. I tick all the boxes, but somehow, a senior director/VP gets intimidated and makes excuses like the position being on hold or internal. Communication becomes appalling, and after 5-6 months, they reach out again, and we start over. Honestly, just hire me and stop wasting time.

Presentation Behavioral

There were several interviews with different business people. I had to do a presentation and answer questions about it. It took a few months from start to finish, but the recruiter was really helpful the whole time. I'd suggest looking into the products and doing general industry research for the role you're applying for.
