Manager
It was a really smooth and quick process. The job description laid out everything clearly, and they seem to move quickly if you're a good fit. The main topics covered were your experience in the field, your understanding of the B2B tech space, and what you'd contribute.
- Can you describe your past experience managing in a similar capacity?
- What's your background managing in the B2B tech sector?
- What unique contributions do you think you can make to our team?
Customer Relationship Manager
Overall, the HR interview went very well, quite standard, fluid and professional. On the other hand, the chat with the manager left me with a more mixed impression. The tone seemed quite direct, even demanding, with a certain tension in the communication. This made the exchange less comfortable for me.
- Where do you see yourself heading in the future?
- What aspects of this role are you drawn to?
- What about our company appeals to you?
