The interview process went smoothly. I was initially quite nervous, especially since it was a panel interview with three to four managers. Despite that, it turned out to be a good experience overall. They were supportive and helped me relax. We had a good time during the interview, and they were understanding that this was my first time doing both a personal and a panel interview. Even though some of our discussions strayed a bit, like talking about my sports interests or the online games I play, they remained professional. Their understanding and approach made the interview enjoyable and less stressful.

First, an HR rep will call you to get your availability for the official HR interview, which lasts about 30 mins and is on MS Teams. They'll ask usual HR questions. Then, there's a technical interview with the managers. Since I was a fresh grad, it wasn't super technical; they focused more on my OJT and thesis involvement. The last interview was with the Director and was similar to the manager interview. About 2-3 days later, you'll get an email about whether you were accepted and will be scheduled for a Job Offer presentation.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The whole hiring process took a bit over two weeks. It involved three interviews: first, a quick 20-minute HR chat to see if you qualified. Then, a one-hour panel interview with the team leader, focusing on your resume and personality. If you moved on, you'd hear back in 3-5 days. Finally, another hour-long interview with the project manager, similar to the panel, also about your background and how you are. After another 3-5 day wait, they'd set up the job offer presentation if you were selected.
