I made it to the second round of interviews. I had meetings with two directors, and everything seemed to go well. They said I'd hear back the following week, but I didn't get any response for a month. I tried reaching out to the HR person and both directors, but got nothing back. After a month, I figured the position was filled, so I stopped trying. Two months later, I got an email saying they had moved on with another candidate. It wasn't the most professional experience; just be aware they might waste your time and not give you a timely answer.

There will be 5 rounds in total. First, an online test where they give 2 coding questions for one hour, both focusing on strings, substrings, and counting substrings. Then, there are 2 technical rounds, followed by a manager round and finally an HR round. The technical rounds include coding questions in Java on strings and arrays, Selenium, Excel sheets, and basic API testing concepts like response codes and classes in API automation. The second technical round also involves coding questions, web table questions in Selenium, and API testing questions. The manager round will focus on your skills and projects listed on your resume.

So I had this phone screen with this recruiter, and honestly, they were the most condescending person ever. I've had like over 100 interviews, so I know what I'm talking about. It felt like they were just arguing with me about stuff that didn't even matter, totally missing the point of the interview and turning it into some kind of fact-checking session. It was a really bad experience and honestly made me not want to work there anymore.
