I recently had an interview that left me quite disappointed. The interviewer seemed unprepared, frequently fumbling through my resume and asking questions that were either irrelevant or too vague. The atmosphere felt rushed and unprofessional, making it difficult to gauge whether they were genuinely interested in my qualifications. Additionally, the lack of structure in the interview process led to a confusing exchange, and I left feeling uncertain about the role itself. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience that did not reflect well on the company.

Presentation Behavioral

This company took 5 months to send an offer letter meant for someone else, which is incredibly careless and insensitive. I had to go through many hoops, including an hour-long mock presentation I spent days preparing for. The presentation involved laying out a customer ROI with very little information, which even seasoned professionals found unusual. I was interviewing for two teams initially, but one chose an internal candidate. I interviewed with about 4-5 people before the final round. My initial recruiter gave me false hope before I was passed to someone who eventually sent me the wrong offer letter.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was quite thorough, involving several steps, including a presentation to senior management. It felt like a good way to see if the role and I were a good match. There were some delays in between stages, but they always let me know what the next steps were when they moved me forward.
