Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was quick (I was also willing to flex my availability to get through the process quickly), and communication was strong throughout. I really enjoyed meeting a cross-functional group of people who I would interact with. Within each interview, they left time for me to ask questions; I appreciated this as it let me interview them and assess if this was a good fit for me as much as they were interviewing me.

I got referred by a previous manager and had a couple of phone screens with a recruiter. Drove down from SF to interview and test out the commute. They were very concerned about me liking the commute since it is a big commitment to make. I showed that they cared about me as a person. I met with 6 people including the CEO, who made time to meet with me. Everyone I met with was amicable; it made deciding to switch companies very easy.

The first call with the recruiter felt a bit rushed. It seemed like they had other priorities and weren't fully engaged, not really taking notes on my responses.
