The interview process had three parts: first, the initial application and some follow-up questions, then a project, and finally an in-person interview. The initial questions were pretty basic. For the project, it was based on articles about key athlete engagement from the site. The in-person interview was mostly about basic stuff like strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and work preferences, with some parts to check if you'd fit the work environment.

The process included a project and then an in-person interview. The interviewer made the conversation very comfortable and beneficial. I learned a lot about the company and left feeling excited about the opportunity. The laid-back/relaxed environment was desirable. The process was quick and I understood where I stood.

Behavioral

It was a quick and straightforward interview process. I talked with an HR person and then the VP who leads sales. The questions they asked were thorough and fair, provided you prepare. A lot of the interview focused on "wanting" the job, like explaining why you wanted to join the company and demonstrating what you knew about them. It wasn't the easiest interview I've ever had, but it wasn't the worst either.
