Account Manager
The interview process was quick, and the staff were polite and professional. Even though I had qualifications and experience as a campaign manager and reporter, and could speak French and check Spanish content and influencers, I wasn't selected for the job. This makes me wonder about their commitment to diversity, seeing how similar everyone on their team looks. I'm not saying they're discriminatory, but it seems like they prefer people who look like their current employees.
- Can you describe your experience with strategy implementation?
- Tell me about your experience working with influencers and clients.
Account Manager
I'm having some issues with how OI handles their interviews. I went through 5 interviews and even completed a project on short notice. Then, they told me they weren't sure if I was committed because they were 'afraid a new sewing machine would come out and I'd neglect my responsibilities.' Yes, they mentioned my sewing hobby. After all that, they didn't even reply to my follow-up emails, so I just assumed I didn't get the job.
- Can you discuss influencer marketing strategies?
- What's your perspective on the current digital landscape and its impact on influencer marketing?
Account Manager
It was about a five part interview process, each video interview being with the next higher up in the department. There also was a homework assignment to create a faux campaign plan. All in all really straight forward, pleasant experience!
- Can you share examples of influencer campaigns with high volume that you have managed?
