Medical Writer
The interview experience was nice and pleasant. They asked typical questions for an AMW role that are easy to prep for. HR communication was a bit slow, but the offer call was very kind. The writing task beforehand was enjoyable because the time limit prevented overthinking. The panel members were great, although they weren't the ones I was told to expect, which was my only minor critique. Overall, it was a good experience.

Account Manager
I applied through the company site after seeing it on LinkedIn and got a very quick response. It was a Teams call for an initial screening with the Senior Talent Acquisition & Resourcing Manager. I felt it went great. But then, after I followed up about a week later, they told me they hired someone from within the company. This happened to me before, four years ago. You'd think they'd offer it to internal folks first before looking outside.
- Can you share some information about yourself, your experience, and your background?
Software Engineer
Overall it was a very good experience, and the conversation was very insightful, with my experience matching what they were looking for in the advertised role. However, the interview felt quite rushed and the recruiter wanted me to start work quickly. Given that my notice period is 3 months, this felt like a deal breaker.
- What are your expectations for your next position?
Account Executive
So, first there was a phone interview, then they sent me an account brief and I had to prep a presentation. I presented that to two people from the team. After that, they wanted me to change up my presentation a bit and I presented it again, this time to three other employees. It was a really good experience, the team was super chill and I felt totally at ease. I learned a bunch and I’m thankful for it.
