So, the interview had three parts. First, there was a phone call with basic questions like 'Why do you want to work here?'. Second, I got this test, like others mentioned. It was three pages. Page one had multiple-choice questions about general computer stuff. Page two had multiple-choice questions about basic dental knowledge. The last page was an essay on any topic, but I had to use 'their,' 'there,' and 'they're' correctly. Plus, there were 20 multiple-choice pattern recognition questions to do in 20 minutes. The third part was an in-person interview with two HR people. It felt really formal, like being on trial. They sat opposite me and asked the usual 'why here' questions, writing down my answers. Then they said a developer would come talk about the Software Engineer role and ask more questions. I waited 20 minutes, but no developer came. The receptionist eventually said I could go. A few days later, they called saying they were moving on with other candidates. I was pretty bummed, felt like parts of it were repetitive and I never even got to meet a developer like they said I would.

After that, there was a basic panel interview with general staff who asked general interview and personality questions. Finally, there was a panel interview with the developers themselves where they went over my resume and asked about my experience.
