Investor Relations
It was pretty straightforward and concrete. The HR team was super nice and made the whole thing feel easy. There were 4 stages in total, with 3 interviews and some technical tests. I think it's a good starting point, but for someone more experienced, the salary, micromanagement, and weak sales setup might not be ideal.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What are your goals?
- What are your salary expectations?
Audience Development
The recruiting process for this Audience Development role involved interviews with team members and the hiring leader. There was a final round of interviews with the team, and sometimes an assessment was part of the process. An internet speed test was conducted. Following that, an offer letter was extended, requiring documentation like a passport and visa. The onboarding process and an initial training period with the leader were also part of the experience.
- Can you share your experience overall?
- Tell me about your personal background.
- What skills do you possess?
Business Development Associate
I interviewed with a series of employees, one after another, including the CEO. Everyone was pretty friendly. The CEO is a nice guy, a little unusual but very friendly. The first interviews lasted about an hour, then the last interview with the CEO lasted about 1.5 hours.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What are your goals?
- In your opinion, where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Business Development Associate
I had a phone interview first, and then an in-person interview. The phone interview was pretty easy, and the in-person interview was average. They didn't call back after the interview, so I guess I didn't get the job. It would be professional if they replied back saying I didn't get the job instead of waiting for weeks for a decision.
- What value can you offer the company?
