This was the worst interview experience I've ever had. It only lasted ten minutes. The interviewer was condescending, told me I wasn't qualified, and rejected me immediately. It makes no sense to interview someone if you don't believe their experience is a fit for the role. I would never want to work at a company where people treat strangers poorly. The reviews online confirm this.

I had 2 interviews with Opad. Weeks/months later still no response. They do not even have the courtesy of sending an email saying that I was taken out of the running and/or reasons why. This organization exhibits a very low level of professionalism and I'm sure that the way that they treat prospective employees reflect how they treat current employees

The interview process with OpAD was smooth from beginning to end. There were four interviews in total, and each one gave me a good sense of the company culture, individual roles, and how my position would help the company succeed. All the interviewers explained their departments and roles in detail, showing how much they enjoy their work. I left with a clear understanding of the company's structure and how teams work together to meet client needs. The questions were interesting and checked my skills as well as how well I fit with the company's values and goals. It was obvious the team values teamwork and new ideas. It felt like a relaxed and comfortable interview process. No issues at all, and it was nice that the interviewers were easy to reach after our calls.

The interview was a test, quizzing me heavily on the job description and company without providing any details about the role or brand. The interviewer was critical of my past experience, deeming it not specific enough. She had an air of superiority and seemed intent on making me feel inadequate. This was surprising, especially since it was meant to be just an introductory call, and I've interviewed with higher-level companies without experiencing such discomfort. The overall vibe was extremely uncomfortable and off-putting.
