The interview process was pretty standard. They wanted to know if I had telecom testing knowledge and understood the industry basics. Having testing experience was a must. Experience with JIRA was a bonus. They also checked if I knew the basics of test plans and test reports. It was pretty standard, needed telecom testing knowledge and industry basics, testing experience, JIRA experience was a plus, and test plans/reports basics.
