The interview process was OK but when I met the CEO, she asked me about what it would take to do the job, like how many team members would be needed. I asked about the duties of the job, but she couldn't provide them.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview started off normally. I waited a bit after talking with the secretary, who told me the CEO was finishing up another interview. It seemed strange they were scheduled so close together, but I didn't worry about it. After some time, the CEO came out and spoke with me in a different room. She began quite abruptly and rudely, demanding information that should have been on my resume, while constantly checking the time. She hardly looked at my portfolio and acted like I wasn't even there while asking questions. She interrupted me multiple times and questioned why I hadn't held a "permanent" or "stable" job in the past five years, even though I was in college until 2015 and have since worked full-time contract positions trying to find a permanent role that matched my skills. After this rude beginning, she suggested my skills might not be good enough and that a test was needed to confirm, while also mentioning I'd be paid significantly less than my previous job. So, not only did she imply I was unqualified before any test, but she wasn't going to pay me fairly for my skillset. Then, after a long wait, she said her previous candidate was still taking a 2-hour test and asked if I could return later to complete mine. (She was actually lying; her secretary later emailed me to say they'd filled the position). I was stunned by the whole experience until I saw the reviews here. She's exactly as bad as the reviews say. I've never been so glad to *not* get a job offer. What a terrible woman, and I pity anyone who has to work for her.

Technical Case

You will meet the CEO for the first interview, and there will be an excel test, which I think is a little bit hard. If you pass that, you will have your department supervisor interview you for the second interview. If all goes well, then you will be invited for a 3rd time to discuss your position and salary.

Behavioral Technical

The people I met were really nice and the company seems great, but I'm not sure I was the best fit. They were friendly and personable during the interviews. The office space was small, though they mentioned moving to a larger location soon.
