Recruiter
So I applied and got an automated rejection, but then they called me back for a screening and then another phone interview. The interview itself was kind of a turn-off because the recruiter talked about the high turnover and how warehouse hires are usually uneducated and flaky, so they always need to hire. Some even start the same day. It felt a bit condescending, like we're better than them since we're in corporate. Definitely not the company for me.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your experience with I-9 forms?
- Are you familiar with helping people fill out I-9s?
Sales Associate
So, the interview for this Sales Associate role started with a screening where they looked at my resume and application to see if I was a good fit for the basic requirements. After that, I got a phone call from a recruiter. We chatted about my background, what I'm good at, and why I'm interested in this job. It was a good chance for me to ask them stuff too, so I could learn more about the company and what the job is really like. Next up, they had me do a skills test to see how well I could do certain things related to the job. This was to help them figure out if I had the right abilities for it.
- Tell me about your problem-solving skills, your motivation, and your eagerness to learn.
Accountant
The interview process started off unconventionally with a 'teams screening'. The HR associate asked standard phone screening questions via Teams. Then, I had to answer 5 questions by recording a 1-minute video for each. After that, I was scheduled to speak with the 'Director of Operations' who was 30 minutes late to call me twice from a 775 number (Gerlach, NV) and had a heavy accent making him difficult to understand. I suspect this may be a scam, so if you have a similar experience, be cautious.

Administrative Assistant
When I got there, I was checked in at the front desk and given an application to fill out. The staff I saw working were very nice; everyone smiled and said hello. After I finished the application, I met with the GM in his office to talk about the job opening.
- Can you tell me about your background and previous experience?
- What were some of the duties you performed in your past roles?
- What are your career goals?
