It was a really long interview process, like over 7 interviews total. It was exhausting. I mean, even if I got the offer, it would have felt like a lot, but to go through so many steps and just get a rejection email is rough.

I applied online. A recruiter reached out to me to set up an initial screen, which was around 30 mins. My second interview was 45 minutes with the head of recruiting. They sent me a take-home assignment to present during the interview, which was a sample req to source for. Their range for this role is up to $112k. I ended up accepting another role and withdrew from the process.

The interview process was fast and smooth. First, I had a 30-minute call that was a mix of a recruiter screen and a hiring manager chat. Then, I did a 45-minute practical round where I had to do a mock interview with the hiring manager and another ICC team member. Lastly, I had a final round that took about 1 hour, talking with various talent team members and going over my resume in more detail. It took only a week from my first call to getting an offer, which I was very happy with regarding the speed and how well it went!
