The interview process is just horrible? They lead you on for months just to give you a generic excuse of you not fitting the role. The role they make you do 5+ interviews for. You would think if you weren’t a good fit they would tell you right after the PRACTICAL INTERVIEW, which is the 3rd interview. Do not even let me get started on the practical interview, they will change it up last minute to the most difficult thing you’ll have ever done. Still it would be clear if you weren’t a good fit right after and to not waste anyone’s time. The VP of some of these departments, are really condescending in tone. They will make it seem like you don’t know what you are talking about and that your experience and skills do not matter. Also, it would be the best time to actually check into the views of the company aka research on the C-Suites & VPs - because if you are looking into a company of diversity and inclusion - trust me it’s not this one. The interview process showed me how big of a red flag this company is and I’ve talked to many people who have had the same experience.

The interview process for this role in Hong Kong started with an initial screening call with HR. Following that, a take-home assignment was given. Subsequently, there were several more video interview rounds with important members of the sales team located in the US, Hong Kong, and the UK. Throughout the process, the interviewers were approachable and accommodating, readily answering questions and concerns, and flexible with scheduling interview dates and times.

I was first contacted by a recruiter via email about the Business Development Associate role. The entire interview process was transparent, and I always knew what to expect. The questions were pretty standard for BDA/BDR/SDR positions. I really enjoyed speaking with everyone; you could tell they were passionate about the company's mission and looked for candidates who shared that drive.
