First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Onslow Memorial Hospital.
Switchboard Operator
The process was really easy and simple. I was happy with how it went. Everyone I met was very professional and kind, and they answered all of my questions. I actually left the interview feeling like I had met good people and felt comfortable with them.
- Can you tell me about your greatest achievement?
PCT/CNA
I spoke with the floor manager first, and then met with different nursing staff from across the hospital, including clinical coordinators from various regions and departments. The first interview was one-on-one, and the second was with about ten people. It was done over Zoom or Teams in the office. The whole interview process happened in one day, and I got an offer the same day.
- What did you do at your previous job that makes you a good fit for this role
Nursing Supervisor
I met with 3 people who were very professional and kind. They encouraged me to ask questions and gave a phone number in case any questions came up after I left. They were very thorough and I felt comfortable talking to them.
- Did you have any questions at all?
Assistant Director
I was anticipating contact from the interviewer for weeks, but I kept getting the run around. They told me I would be contacted 3 separate times and then out of the blue sent me a 24 hour reference deadline. Still no contact after I supplied SIX REFERENCES. Really unprofessional organization.
- Could you provide references to proceed further in the application?
