There were three interviews total. The first was a 20 minute phone call, the second was a telephone interview with the hiring manager. The third interview was onsite with 5 staff members for 30 minutes each. They gave me a tour of the old facility beforehand. The process went well, with positive feedback, but I didn't get an offer. It felt like they already had someone in mind, maybe just going through the motions. I've heard it's a bit of an old boys club, so I guess that's why. I probably wouldn't have taken the job anyway due to the working conditions - dark, cramped cubicles, no windows, very anti-social, and old-fashioned all around. If you're used to a high-end environment, this place isn't for you.

Got referred by a friend. HR did a phone screen first. Then the hiring manager called me for an interview. After that, I went on-site for a few panel interviews. I met 3 different panels, and each panel had 2 to 4 people. They made a job offer. After accepting, I talked with HR about the pay and when I would start. Once all that was sorted, they did a drug test and a background check.

I had a phone interview and then an interview with a panel. They asked me various technical questions that I did not have on my resume. It was not a good use of my time because I prepared for a few days and was asked questions I am not familiar with. They told me they would get back to me in 2 weeks. I followed up with their HR after 3 weeks and found out that they are going to pursue another candidate with more experience. This reason is a common theme in the recruiting process, in my opinion.
