Got contacted by a referral. The whole thing took about 2 months. Had 3 interviews total: first with HR, then a panel with hiring managers, and finally with the IT manager. HR was kinda slow with the offer though. Overall, it was a good experience.

The selection procedure began with a recruiter phone screen, then a 1-hour interview with the hiring manager. After that, there were four 45-minute interviews with different team members. The hiring manager interview was quick and professional. Things got weird after that. Two interviews went over an hour, one was on time. The final interview with the Director was super unprofessional; he had his camera off the whole time, was traveling with family, and wasn't paying attention, making me repeat myself. The decision took ages, like two months. The recruiter kept checking in to see if I was looking elsewhere and even asked for my documents to keep me interested. I got an email saying I was a strong contender and it would be finalized soon, but that stretched to five weeks with follow-ups. After I followed up with the recruiter with no response, I contacted the hiring manager and got an automated rejection email the next day. It was disappointing, especially from a company known for being ethical. After two months of talking, I expected a real response, not an automated one. The next day, the recruiter asked if I was still looking as they had other roles. Not sure I can trust them now.

The interview was pretty straightforward, involving phone and in-person stages. The main challenge was dealing with HR, who were quite slow with the process. They do sponsor visas for international candidates. Make sure to negotiate your salary, as the HR might try to lowball you.
