First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Onlife Health.
Manager
It was a really smooth process. I spoke with four different people. The interviews felt more like conversations than a strict question-and-answer session. Everyone was really friendly and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me beyond just my resume. They emphasized finding someone who would fit well with the company culture, especially since they're big on employee wellness and health. Teamwork is a big deal there, so they wanted to be sure I'd be a good addition to the team. Although it took some time, they kept me updated throughout. They also gave a nice tour of the place and introduced me to people, which gave a good overall impression of the company.

- Can you discuss your experience with teamwork?
Product Owner
The interview had 3 rounds. A recruiter started with basic questions. Then I had a Teams meeting with the Hiring Manager. After that, there was a 2.5 hour panel interview, also over Teams, with different groups of people. Each group asked questions related to the job, situational questions, and asked me to describe a time I handled something. It was mostly to see how I'd do the job and fit in with the company culture. Each group let me ask them questions too. The whole thing felt pretty conversational and comfortable.
- How would you build connections and rapport with individuals from different cultural backgrounds when working remotely?
Health and Wellness Coach
I sent in my resume, and a friend at the company also took my resume to the hiring manager. The hiring manager called me for a quick phone interview. About a week later, I was invited for a formal interview where I met with four team managers.
- What motivated you to pursue a career as a health and wellness coach?
Senior Financial Analyst
I started with a quick Excel test, then I answered some finance and accounting questions. After that, I had an interview with the finance and accounting team.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
