I emailed the recruiter about the job, and then the next week they called to set up a phone interview. The phone interview covered my background, shading, and PV systems. After that, I had a Skype interview with the HR manager and another designer, and then they gave me a CAD test to do afterwards and submit.

So first, I had a representative reach out to me to set up an interview. The first time I went in, I met with the HR Director and a manager. Then for the second interview, I met with the CEO. The third time I came in, they made me an offer. I made sure to be prepared, so I brought a portfolio of my previous work templates. They asked questions about my past work history and experience, and what skills and qualities I'd bring to the company.

I applied through their website and HR, Stefany, got back to me fast. She asked me some basic qualifying questions about the job posting. Then she said the Director of Business Management, Brendan, would call. Brendan called within 48 hours and we talked for 30 minutes about the company, the role, and what's possible here. He set up my next interview with my direct supervisor, Dustin. Dustin and I reviewed the sales script and the process for using salesforce to book appointments. He also asked about my background, and then I got the job offer!

The interviewer was really good at their job. They knew exactly what to say and gave a full rundown of the job and how it might impact my social life. They were very persuasive and confident. It was a straightforward interview and it's ongoing.
