I had a phone call with the VP. It was messy, his computer kept dinging with emails. He wasn't impressed with my work. I was told I'd hear back in a week but it's been over a year. I'm writing this to save others from a similar unprofessional experience. My advice is to look at your hiring practices as it reflects your brand.

It was a total of 3 interviews, and it took a few hours. Very friendly vibe, they mostly wanted to get to know me. The interview was very professional. I didn't feel intimidated. They asked really valid questions and even offered feedback. Overall, the interview made me feel like this company would be great to work for.

Started with a quick phone chat. Then, I had an in-person meeting with the coordinators and Team Leads, six of them in total. It felt pretty casual, not like a strict Q&A session with notes. They're a really nice, smart, and professional group. I had a second interview after that.

There are two interviews to start with to get you hired. If needed, you will have one more. Just stay calm and collected, and make sure to show up on time. The HR lady is really awesome and easy to get along with.
