It was a pretty straightforward process, although I'm not a huge fan of video calls. The recruiters and interviewer(s) were really nice and straightforward, making it easy. All I had to do was show my PC specs, and it basically felt like a casual chat.

So far the interview process has been pretty good. I've spoken with a couple of really nice people who have been very willing to work with me in getting my internet set up as the company requires. This job offers one on one interviewing from home via Skype, paid training at home, a raise after 45 days, monthly raises, opportunities to make commissions, and benefits after 6 months, so I can't really complain about teleNetwork. I'm hoping I'll be a happy employee too!

I wasn't a big fan of how the interview went down, and even though they offered me the job, I ended up going a different direction. The questions felt super generic, just like the interviewer. Honestly, this guy was about as exciting as a wet bag of cement. In the end, the remote perks just weren't enough to make me want to join this company.
