Account Manager
The hiring process was super fast, wrapping up in just over a week. They made me an offer after only one interview with the hiring manager. It was a great chance to develop my career in an e-commerce setting, so I accepted.
- What's your experience level in eCommerce?
Business Analyst
Wasn't any phone screening. My first round was onsite, meeting 3 people. It was a simple interview, mostly asking about my background and some scenario questions. They invited me back for a 2nd round with 2 people. They had scheduled an hour but cut it down to 30 minutes when I got there. It was similar to the first round. Honestly felt like a waste of time cause it was so short and they asked general questions. They got back to me almost a month later asking for a 3rd round. I had already received another offer by then. I wasn't too thrilled about the interviewers so it didn't matter that I made it to the next round.
- Tell me about your experience gathering requirements.
SEM Manager
This interview process typically involves 3 to 4 rounds. You'll speak with the VP and Director, and then meet with the team. They take about 1 to 2 weeks to deliberate on whether you're a good cultural fit. The whole process was thorough, and they really wanted to see my analytical and marketing skills.
- Can you describe your experience?
Customer Service Representative
Got a call to schedule an interview for a CSR role, then went in for a 1st interview. It was a group thing with 3 other people and 3 CSR supervisors. They asked pretty standard interview questions. Then I was called in for a 2nd interview, just me and the 3 supervisors again. This one was more about getting to know me, like past experience, future plans, and why I'd be a good fit. After that, I went to the CSR department for an assessment on typing speed (words per minute) and a basic math test with taxes and percentages. They pretty much offered me the job right after. It was a pretty easy process.
