A Talent Acquisition Specialist from OneSpan reached out to me for a Sales Development Representative role. We had a virtual interview that seemed to go well until the end when I asked for feedback. The specialist revealed they were actually seeking candidates with German or Dutch language skills, despite the job posting explicitly stating Spanish speakers were also welcome. Additionally, they preferred candidates with a British accent. The specialist promised to follow up by the end of the week but never did. I sent a thank-you email after the interview, and then another follow-up email two weeks later, neither of which received a response. It felt like a complete waste of time.

I first had a quick Zoom chat with the recruiter. After they decided I was a good fit, I then spoke with the hiring manager about my skills, goals, and background. The last part of the process involved a task and a roleplay session, which was the final interview. Everyone I interacted with was great and really helpful. It was tough but worth it, and I'm happy I'm now part of OneSpan.

The interview process was very well organized and quite informal. It started with a 1st interview with the Talent Acquisition Team, followed by a 2nd Interview with the Hiring Manager. The 3rd Interview was a mock call, and the 4th Interview was with the Senior Director.
