I found the job on indeed. The hiring manager called me and did the interview over the phone. The questions were pretty easy. About a week later, the hiring manager let me know they picked someone else.

I went to a job interview about a month ago, and I even had to do a pre-employment drug test. They never let me know if I got the job or not, and they never responded to my follow-up. Super unprofessional, I'm definitely not applying to this company again. It was a waste of my time.

First there was a screener call, then a phone interview with the VP of Pharmacy Operations. The last interview was in person with the VP of Pharmacy Operations. They asked clinical questions about how to handle sleep issues, drug interactions, the maximum dose for fentanyl, and what other medication classes should be considered when dispensing opioids. They also asked behavioral questions like 'describe a time...'. Salary wasn't discussed, maybe cause they weren't hiring me. Everyone was nice and professional.

I interviewed with the hiring manager. It was a good chat about the role and the company, and what they expect from you. The interview was mostly conversational.
