CX Strategist
It was pretty straightforward. All the questions were behavioral, and I spoke with four different interviewers for about 30 minutes each, making it a total of two hours. They were a bit vague about whether the position would be remote or hybrid.
- Tell me what you're passionate about.
Rotational Program
We had two rounds of interviews. The first one was with some general employees and consisted of behavioral questions. The second round was with the lead of the specific department you'd be working in, also with behavioral questions. They decide which team to put you on based on how you do and what you're interested in.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Describe a challenging situation you encountered and explain how you managed to overcome it.
Data Scientist
I was emailed by a OneMagnify recruiter about a Data Scientist role. After that, I had a screening call with the recruiter. Then, I had a phone interview with an Analytics Manager where we discussed my background and the client relationship details. Following that, I had another phone interview with a senior Account Manager type person. We chatted about the client's technical requirements and my skills and experience in areas like EDA and predictive modeling. All these chats were pretty relaxed, and I didn't get any tough technical questions. Things seemed to go well until I followed up a week after the last interview and learned the position was canceled without any reason given. It was a pretty disappointing experience overall.
- Can you share some information about your background?
- Tell me about yourself and how it relates to the client.
- Can you discuss your experience with EDA and predictive modeling in the context of the client's technical needs?
Fullstack Developer
I had a screening interview, and the panelist felt my skills didn't quite match the role. They politely let me know I wasn't the best fit and they'd be moving forward with another candidate. They also explained how critical the project is.
- Could you write a React component that displays 'Hello, World!'?
- How would you implement an onclick handler in React?
- Demonstrate how to pass props to a child component in React.
