Loan Representative
We had a group interview with about four or five other people applying for the same job. The two hiring managers were in front of us and we each took turns answering questions they asked.
- What are your biggest strengths?
Manager
It was pretty straightforward. No intense interviews, just leadership stuff. I had to submit the standard onboarding documents and sign off on some paperwork. No background check was performed. The orientation lasts a full week, and I'll be joining the regular sales reps to get up to speed with the company.
- What is your favorite aspect of your profession?
Loan Consultant
I applied online and got a call back really fast, like in under an hour. About 4 days later, I had a group interview with like 10-15 other people. They asked about 4 questions and we all went around to answer them. Super quick, I got an email saying I was hired less than an hour after the interview finished. I came in the next week for the paperwork, and then started training the week after that.
- Describe the best quality of someone you admire in a single word.
Sales Representative
It was a quick and easy process, and I really appreciated how fast it was. The people I met were great, and the environment felt really positive. It seems like a good opportunity for college students. I enjoyed the interview and feel motivated. I'm glad I had the chance.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
